I disconnect from the game fairly often, but in rare instances (this is the 3rd time this has happened), when I reconnect near a shop (I believe it is the base one in all instances), the shop suddenly starts glowing brighter and brighter. also causing my fps to drop significantly. When looking away, the fps is fine, and after looking at it again, the fps plummets. This lasts about 20 seconds until the shop suddenly returns to normal and everything is fine.
