[UPDATED] Game performance issues after recent update

UPDATE: a small update was released that -might- fix the issue for most AMD users. It worked for me, at least.

After the latest update (Shop Redesign Update) the game is showing a LOT of performance issues for me. I'm getting around 18-23 FPS through gameplays, whereas before the update i would get up to fixed 60fps when playing on low specs.

My specs:

Intel Core I5
16 GB Ram
AMD Radeon RX 550 (4gb)
Running game on SSD

Bump.
It feels like every shot drops your FPS down to unplayable. FSR or resolution scale not helps at all and looks like makes it even worse.
Specs for ref.:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
NVIDIA 1050TI
16GB RAM
Using SSD. All power stuff turned off/set to max performance. Using DX11. Vulkan not tested. Lowest settings.

same. i normally avg around 300fps last patch but this patch it just sits around 240 and dips to 150 which makes the game feel terrible/choppy to play.
