Unfair 5 Day ban for no reason - I didnt disconnect

This is absurd, i played and won my second low priority game, i have an older PC. It was a game in which other players disconnected, so it was safe to leave. WE didnt leave, we stayed and won. I came back to my hideout and i was banned for 5 days.

WTF is happening can someone help???
