Undetected - Possible (99% sure imho) cheater in game

Possible cheat made by russians.. The entire game despite reports from our entire team and some members from his own team he was not "frogged", I hope whoever gets this ticket assigned can investigate and possibly figure out which cheat he is using to prevent this brand from further spreading since it is currently going undetected in a 30min game. He did pause once at the start after he was accused of cheating, he may have toggled the cheat to a keybind instead of always on since it was (i assume) tracking everything in lane and blatantly obvious.1733338839894.png
 
i watched it too, just looks like they have good aim? what part do you think is suspicious (drop time stamp pls)

Watched a couple kills of theirs in 0.25x speed and they miss a fair few number of bullets. they do have pretty good snappy aim on minions but nothing outside the realm of possibility
 
played a match with WW as well... 100% cheater and poor gameplay
I was on the winning team. WW started "apologising for smurfing", as doubts arose quite quickly.

I assume he has a trigger key where he snaps his corsshair to the target and then continues to shoot so it snaps fast on the center of their body it's a bit odd. I saw a kill where the vindicta is behind him in the air and he doesn't know her exact position but as he turns around the aim just snaps directly to where her head was, he then shoots and misses like 2-5 bullets and snaps right back to her center of body and kills her with half a mag. I dont have the timestamp but I urge anyone to review each kill with slowed down speed to pay attention to his aim unnaturally snapping to targets.
