I was dead and clicking around the TAB ability upgrade menu, and when I spawned I couldn't use any abilities. Unfortunately I'm not 100% sure what I did to cause the bug, I may have alt-tabbed and/or tried to open store while TAB menu was open. Attempted fixes were rejoining the game and disconnecting and reconnecting my keyboard; both didn't work. Crouching would allow me to use abilities again however. I launched a sandbox game immediately after and it was fixed.
