A player in match 354090 disconnected (Loogie Smoothie playing Lady Geist) and when I spectated the game I was unable to substitute for the player that left. I started trying at around 29 minutes into the game and was unable to completely.
As you can see from this screenshot below, the "Dev Commands" section did not have a substitute option.
And this is confirmation that the player is actually disconnected and has lefft.
