Unable to set ALT+CAPSLOCK as keybind

Hi, recent changes made ability upgrades via ALT be manually set on keybinds. I normally have ultimate on CAPSLOCK, and ALT+CAPSLOCK was used to upgrade it, but now I can't set this specific bind on my settings. Thanks.

If you have scoreboard binded to "Alt" and an ability binded to the shift key, you cannot bind "Alt + Shift" to the "upgrade ability" keybind

I use Shift for my 2 ability, and Ctrl as the modifier to upgrade abilities. Prior to this previous patch, I was able to upgrade my 2 ability with the Ctrl+Shift key combination. This no longer works. Instead, the 2 ability (Shift) is activated when I press this combination.
