Unable to join matchmaking

Unable to join solo or group matchmaking. This error returns when starting a queue. Also unable to create a new group or join an existing one. I have already reinstalled the game and rebooted the PC. I also checked my friend's account and everything is fine there. This happened after 1 matchmaking game. Account ID: https://steamcommunity.com/id/Lil_green_dude/

No, I've asked several people at Discord, no one knows the solution. The problem still exists

I tried running it today and the problem was solved

It fixed itself for me after the update, until it happens again... They still haven't fixed the core issue
