Unable to join matchmaking without visible error

I have problem with joining matchmaking. When the match was found I see infinity loading that stops with canceling match for everyone. Me and my friend have dropped to the menu without eny error. I also can't join the match with bots, but i can start the practice. The characteristics of my computer are sufficient to have a stable 60+ fps in the game. I have attached the logs below.
My graphics card: AMD Radeon r7 360 series
16 GB of RAM
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4170 processor

- Try changing the Render API to another one. From Vulkan to DirectX or vice versa;
- Be sure to disable all undervolt. You could do this with software like MSI Afterburner or similar. Undervolt of the graphics card or CPU acceleration may negatively affect the game;
- Record a video showing the bug. Perhaps it will be clear from the video what the problem is. Be sure to turn on the display of the load on the system. This can be done through the Nvidia overlay, or just open the task manager next to the game;
- There are often problems with RAM, if all the previous steps did not give anything clear, then try to do something with it. For example, pull out one of the dice if you have several of them. Or limit the frequency to 2666 if you have very fast ones.
