Despite the recent patch where CDR was changed to be able to be applied to Mirage's Djinn's Mark, I am seemingly unable to apply it myself? Image below is what I face when trying to imbue it myself
However, when testing it seems my friends and other people are capable of imbuing? A friend was able to when testing yesterday and others are capable of it, such as the image below where a player is able to in a youtube video
I'm wondering if this is a bug or if it is something to do with my settings ingame? Although I have checked and I cannot see anything that would cause this to be an issue as the only changed binds are relevant to casting items. This bug is also present regardless of restarts or games played.
