Unless everyone is accidentally hitting push to talk and just not talking, I am unable to hear my team in game's voice chat. It could be that they haven't set up the Voice chat properly on their end or are simply silent but I am not ever hearing my teammates.
BUMP, i also have been experiencing the same issue recently, i can see them trying to speak but cannot hear them myself... when i mention to my teammates, they can hear those people speak
