Bug: While dead I was spectating teammate(s), who had fleetfoot on "Z" item slot. I bought Knockdown during this time and assigned it to the "Z" item slot (I am unsure of timeline, if I bought Knockdown first or spectated the "Fleetfoot teammate" first). When I respawned, the icon on my "Z" slot was still Fleetfoot. I then moved the item to my "C" item slot. At some point soon after respawn the item updated back to Knockdown, but I was unable to move it back to my "Z" item slot.
Item functionality was normal, I could use Knockdown, just on the "C" hotkey. So more of a QoL bug.
