This issue was already present in previous patches, but it was possible to fix it with restart. Now it's unfixable and I have like 10 fps when I enter the shop.
I also have much lower fps in general, but after I swith graphics settings back and forth, I gain around 25% fps, which still doesn't affect the shop and still is lower than before the patch.
