Ultimate Ability: Steal Essence - CLONE other dead heroes' abilities

Use this ultimate on a dead hero (enemy OR teammate) to replace ALL of your abilities with theirs for one-time use each. When you use a cloned ability, it swaps back to your character's original ability. When you use your ultimate, your character's original ability cooldown is paused until you expend the cloned ability.

Ability Levels: matches your OWN hero's level. So if my 1 is lvl2, then the 1 I cloned will also be lvl2.
Passives: This one's tricky. To make it easy on the devs, I would suggest making the ultimate refresh the original ability's cooldown instead of giving you the passive.
Multiple Charges: you get the max charges but they can't be replenished.
