Ult Stopped Working Mid Match

My ult is bound to "Q". Half way through match 22091695, my ult would not activate on key press about half way through the game/ Restting the bind did not fix it. I went into sandbox immediately after and it worked. Was playing Abrams.

My ult on Mirage wouldn't fire either. It took like 4 attempts and when it finally went off the person I was going after was no longer visible.
