UI swapped/deleted my items after respawn

MATCH 19329013 as Paradox. I saw my items swapped with another player's. Also saw some items were deleted sometimes. It's not showing up in the replay, but it definitely happened. Both were late game post purchase of silence. I first noticed because the active wouldn't work on button press, then I looked to see it wasn't even there. After a little while (few minutes including fights/interactions), the items reverted to normal.

I've had this, too. If you reopen and close shop, it goes back to showing your items again. I've noticed this happen when you respawn while still spectating an ally.
