Uable to get to game area when disconected

So, my friend had issues with his internet and was disconnected right before he was placed on the zipline, when we rejoined he was still in the ''spawn'' on the rooftop where the two teams are facing each other, moving out of this area resulted in him falling of the map, getting teleported to the closest place in the game area, trapping him there in an teleporter.

Unstick hero/suicide did not work.
