Tutorial bug upon destroying the Guardian

My character effectively got frozen in place, could still be damaged but could not do anything. The game audio bugged out as well, only playing a weird, loud ambient whooshing. There is effectively nothing I could do except leave the match. Is this a known bug by any means?

just happened to me to, my guess is that its because the tutorial told me to go back to base but then I ignored it
