As stated in the title. When you turn off the voice chat in the settings, you can still hear voice chat and have to then mute them in-game, too.
Turning off team voice chat doesn't actually do anything

What good communicating in this game anyway the devs made it clear they don't want anyone to interact with anyone because of the abusable report and behavior system they copy and pasted from CS2 even if you didn't say anything the whole match and the enemy team or your team didn't like you they will just spam report you and get you a globe mute anyway

I have no idea what you are talking about, how any of that relates to a bug report or why I am responding to it
it means they dont care about those types of things. they dont care if you can mute or not. this has been a problem for a long time. a looooong time. there were so many posts about it. i made one too like 2 years ago almost i think. he just gave you an example of them not caring no?
