True, short duration invisibility. Potentially with additional defensive mechanics?

I was thinking of a T4 spirit item, with modest stats, and a powerful active, such as to instantly remove all debuffs/cc and make you invisible for a short duration (think 3-6 seconds ballpark).

A proper panic button, with a cooldown that makes it usable only once per fight, maybe around the 45-60second area. Being T4, and that it wouldn't give much combat power in terms of stats/damage, I think the pricetag could be justified as a defensive option for characters not otherwise itemizing for surivability that need to be able to survive getting dove. Another idea might be to make the duration super short, like 1 or 2 seconds, but give you a bunch of speed and even invulnerability. There still would be counters to this, such as kelvin ulti, (and dynamo if this isnt also giving CC immunity for the duration)

Another version of this im thinking of a powerful ambushing tool, but I do worry about heroes like dynamo abusing this.... so I came up with a really cool/weird restriction. That being that you get true invisiblity...so long as you are not within Xmeters of more than a single hero. So in a 1v1, or if you are on the edge of a fight, you could activate the item and get true invis (not revealed by proximity) and then when you come out, maybe you could mark the hero closest to you for more damage taken from you? But maybe this item has like a really big drawback like if there are 2 heroes within 20m of u you get revealed, and if there are 3+ you get highlighted and revealed thru walls to the enemy, could even go as far as to play an alert sound effect or something. But again, used properly on the edges of a fight or to gank some1 solo its super strong.
