Trophy Collector stacks don't apply range increase

I was messing around in the sandbox and noticed that getting stacks with trophy collector does not increase ability range. I didn't do too much thorough testing, however it at the very least doesn't work on victor and kelvin.

Just issue on UI, the tooltips don't update with conditional stats. The actual range gets increased

no buff aplly to the ui if you try to see how much weapon damage you have with drifter stacks for example it wont show in the ui
