Troopers fly up to max height when hit by certain abilities

Issue description:
- When using abilities that "pop up" units, sometimes the trooper will be launched all the way up to the top/sky/ceiling of the playable area.
- The trooper persists in the sky for a moment and can be shot and killed, or if not after a delay the trooper will either teleport back down to the ground, or seemingly despawn.
- Potential impacts include slowing down a push, delayed zipline control, temporary minimap vision for opponent, missing out on souls from the launched trooper.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a hero with an ability that "pops up" units, such as Dynamo/Kinetic Pulse or Lash/Ground Strike
2. Hit trooper with the ability
3. Trooper will occasionally be launched all the way into the sky instead of the correct vertical distance
Note: This behavior is very inconsistent and infrequent. It's not apparent to me what exactly triggers the issue but seems related to gravity.
