Trooper will not receive direct healing of REM, neither shields (but can use them)

Notice that:

trooper is not receiving healing of rescue beam, rem does receive it
Trooper does not receive shield from divine barrier
Trooper does not receive healing from tag ability, where it mentions a burst of heal and regeneration

i would expect and its what i want, the fix for REM to be able to use shields, rescue beam on Trooper. Im fine with burst of heal/regen not applicable on troopers.

Thanks for fixing Scourge on troopers, i can now enjoy seeing a trooper with a scourge!
