Trooper stick on zipline

There was a trooper stuck on a zipline and was unable to be killed which froze the lane. It was on the blue lane. I don't have the match ID but in game time is 43:01 and continue the whole game

The same thing happened to me here on 8/28. I had shot the trooper off the rope, and my max level essence bomb had ticked him down to almost no HP while I was away. Only able to kill him with a melee.
