I made an item that is designed around the new patch with the medic trooper changes. I feel like its great for roamers who mainly play around lane. I tried to indicate that the bonus flat heal on collect increases by 1 every game minute, so with this item, the flat heal from medic packs would be 75+25 + 2 per minute base + 1 per minute from the item.
I also provided an alternative version that simply changes the healing from being based on Missing HP to Max HP.
