Happened while I was testing the new patch against bots in match 61486, around 15:10 though unfortunately the issue is not reflected in the replay.
I heard the alarm sound effect for McGinnis' ult when attempting to use it, but it did not actually fire. Can't be heard in the replay, but you can at least see my confusion.
Unfortunately I have no idea what I did to cause it and I wasn't able to reproduce it for the entire match nor in the sandbox so it may have been the result of some networking hiccup or something? Not sure.
