transfem character that was killed during the catholic witch hunts, could have a staff that shoots a continous beam, or small icicles (sort of like ramatras staff from ow2) as a weapon.
First ability: Black cat: cast a skill shot that sends out a black cat onto a small radius and gives everyone in the radius "bad luck" debuff which causes a miss chance for a couple seconds.
second ability: broom stick: allows flight for a short duration
third ability: divination: pull out a card that gives a random buff for a short duration, could be +critical strike, -reload duration, +attack speed, +attack damage etc..
ultimate: Voodoo: create a stationary voodoo doll of a random enemy hero in line of sight (or a targeted skillshot), attacking it does damage to the original hero, however there is a reduction to the amount of damage that is done based on ability level
alternative ultimate: Evil eye: creates an eye in a targeted spot close to the caster, when deployed there is a 1.5 second delay until activated, when activated it curses all visible enemy heroes with a debuff that silences them until they leave line of sight or the duration on the eye ends.
