Basiaclly for new players and quality of life, the towers need to have a visual indication if its shielded. not a icon.

- mebey like watson ulti from apex, but the bullets get defelcted or destroyed mid flight when shot at the tower with a little partical effect
- or change the color of the tower, to something striking
- or the panthion giving a shield, but the shield gets weakend/vanish when a creep or hero is near by
