I have a persistent bug that has been haunting me since install. Deadlock has been crashing my entire computer regularly at random intervals, especially during the matchmaking process, requiring a hard restart. Sometimes, this crash corrupts some of my kernel - requiring me to fsck it before being able to start up my computer again.
What's fascinating is that these crashes never stop the matchmaking process - if I start with matchmaking and crash immediately, I still get placed into a game after a bit, and more likely than not end up with a strike for quitting a match early. The only thing that I could possibly imagine being the problem is that any time I do this, Deadlock has to update after rebooting, even though I make sure that I have the game updated directly before opening the game.
I've spent a good bit trying to figure out anything about these crashes, but I'm sincerely in the dark. Again, I'm a Linux Mint user (up to date as of time of writing), and that's usually the cause of software issues, so if there's a quick fix for this, I'd love to hear it.
