I couldn't fit it into the Deadmock template but his weapon is a short range flamethrower that ramps up in damage the longer you're hitting someone with it. Because I would imagine it's a short range AoE cone it has an alt fire for a small long range fireball.
Additionally, I have his kit's text document attached here as it may read more clearly than the Deadmock template, along with a short story I wrote to give some context to how he got to be this way.
