tooltip not calculating damage with enchanters or combat barrier correctly

When hovering over ability tooltip, the spirit gained from enchanters barrier does not affect the tooltip where it says +damage from spirit scaling. This also happens with combat barrier and doesn't display bullet or spirit damage correctly when hovering over your character on the top of the screen. I haven't tested every character but of the few I tested it seemed broken on all of them.
