When you go to join a game and are selecting a character the voice lines are extremely loud even with master volume turned down.

I'll second this with just about everything. The default volume is way too high up, especially in the main menu at first launch.

I have, in windows, my speaker at 50% volume, the game at 25% volume, in-game the master volume down to ~29% iirc, and then the music volume down to 9% as well.

Another point of feedback on this: the music goes more quiet shortly after opening the audio preferences ... that's not very useful to gauge how loud it will be after changing the setting.
