Too long queue

After the last update, the games have been searched for a very long time (queue in a party). Right now, the search is going on for a little over an hour. Considering that absolutely all the characters have been selected (mine and my friend's). Please explain what the problem is. If anything, I play in the Asian region

I experienced same problem. Since ranked update I'm getting long queue time. However it's not as long as OP described. It was usually around 3~5 minutes. Before the update queue time was around 1 minutes. Maybe most people just go to play ranked instead. I'm on Asian server either.

I play solo. In the last 2 days games searches for 30+ minutes, and sometimes for 1.5 hours (when the games themselves end in 20-25 minutes).
I'm losing the desire to play this game.
