A tiny humanoid alien dressed in cowboy attire riding a steampunk style tripod.
He dual wields plasma six-shooters, giving him 12 shots and fast shooting speed at expense of slow reload.
One of the abilities could be him throwing one of his revolvers, causing it to explode and damage enemies nearby, if it's a direct hit then the victim will have their health drained for 3 or so seconds.
