I just thought something that would double the amount of debuffs you apply to someone would be funny. Also to somewhat counter debuff remover. Bebop's no longer have to run in with bombs on them just to play bomba.
Passive Effects
- Debuff Damage +15% (Affects damage taken and dealt)
- Debuff Duration +15% (Affects debuffs taken and dealt)
- Reapplies all debuffs target has been afflicted with in the past three seconds at 50% effectiveness
