An item that will further enhance your heavy melee, if you perform 3 light melees in 5 seconds between them. The count is locked on character who bought it, not the attacked heroes

Should be weapon item, maybe upgradable from existing one.
Stats:
+Melee dmg ~+60(t3), ~+80(t4)
+Bullet/spirit resist
+Melee distance (in case it's upgradable from existing weapon punch)
Passive: If your character successfully lands 3 consecutive (within 5 seconds between punches), your next heavy melee will deal additional damage, equal to 10% of enemy's maximum health (could be 15%, if that's a t4 item)

Item's good as landing such combo of consecutives punches isn't easy, but it can be used to bait an enemy parry, and a nice skill expression too.

Stats Must be rearranged, as I just made up numbers, but all in all, it has to be a nice addition for a melee characters, that add some complexity to meleeing

I think you could probably call it "Martial Arts" or even something silly like "Machinegun Fist".

Also, while bonus damage on the heavy melee is nice it makes it incredibly predictable when you're going to do your Heavy melee and, therefore, get parried into the dirt. I would probably make it a Tier 3 item and change the increased damage to 5%, but it also makes it so that your next Heavy Melee can't be parried. I'd tie something like a 15-30 second CD and you have a very fun and engaging item. I like it

It may have buff time of 15-30 seconds, and don't lose if you miss or have 2 charges on it, if you fail first time, it won't fade, allowing you to bait parry.
But even when enemy knows you've got a buff on heavy, you may rely on light attacks, so that they're afraid of heavy, but suffer from melee. I see a lot of combinations with that item
