Expunge - 3300 Souls, Vitality item

200 Health
10% Spirit Resist
10% Bullet Resist
1ms/s sprint movement speed

30 second cooldown, 20 meter range

Active: Target a friendly hero, removing all detrimental non-persistent effects (everything but hard stuns) and transfer them to yourself. Debuffs removed in this way will last half duration.


EMP - 6300 Souls, Spirit item

24 Spirit Power
2ms/s movement speed (Not sprint)
15% Bullet resist

Active: Send out an electromagnetic pulse, disabling all bullet and spirit shields from surrounding enemies for 10 seconds. Enemies that have their shields removed also suffer -20% Spirit resistance for the duration.

60 second cooldown, 15 meter radius around the caster


Magicians' Parry - 3300 Souls, Weapon item

8% Spirit resist
150 Spirit Shield
15% Weapon Damage

Passive: After a successful parry you gain 30% Weapon damage and Spirit Damage for 10 seconds, 20 second cooldown.

I do not think outright disabling all shields is fair. It's much better to have it deal a set amount of damage to all shields instead. Such as 400 damage dealt evenly between bullet and spirit shields on an enemy.
