Its been a long while since I've been here.
A couple of hero ideas for the fun of it.

Monty and Letta, The Sundered Couple
A Romeo-and-Juliet-style couple. Both gangsters from rival families falling in love. Both were tasked with killing each other but refused to do so. As a result, both families assassinated them, Letta's feet were chained to a block of concrete and dropped to the bottom of the seabed, while Monty was forced to watch from ashore before being buried beneath the sand. When the Maelstrom happened, both these two souls arose from their graves, both searching for each other and wanting to exact revenge.

The Jackal – The Treasure Hunter
Jackal is a treasure hunter who was cursed by an Egyptian god after he raided the wrong tomb. He collects souls to appease the Jackal god, Anubis, residing in his body. But he’s trying to find ways to overcome the curse. Perhaps even going to the Baxter society for help. But he has a sketchy relationship with considering his criminal history as a thief.

Edgar Wildcraft: - The Phantom Playwright
A playwright who was an obsessive perfectionist who went mad trying to write and direct the perfect play. In his madness, he murdered his own actors on stage for the sake of “authenticity” before massacring his whole audience. Then he was imprisoned in the same place as Seven was. He views Seven as something of a rival as well as being his biggest fan.

Monty and Letta

1: Whip

(Sand: Fires one projectile dealing more spirit damage. On enemy hit, drags the enemy towards you
Water: Fires one projectile dealing spirit damage. On enemy hit, pushes the enemy back}

2: Elemental Burst
Generate two bursts of minor spirit damage around you, made of sand and water.

{Sand: Generates one burst but with more spirit damage and pulls enemies closer to you.
Water: Generates one burst and pushes enemies away from you and dealing spirit damage.}

3: Storm Bomb
Throw a magical bomb at an area dealing two bursts of minor spirit damage, from sand and water

{Sand: Deals one burst of damage pulls enemies into the center of the bomb impact.
Water: Deals one burst of damage and pushes all enemies away from the bomb impact)

4: Sundering Storm

You can choose to either play as Monty or Letta, each possessing their own kit. permanently affecting your other abilities for the rest of the game:
Monty (Sand) or Letta (Water).
Sand: Passively gain significant spirit and bullet resist.
Water: Passively gain movement speed and stamina.

Sand Active: Summon a ring of sand surrounding a very large area with you at its epicenter. After a delay, the sand ring closes in on you, bringing with it every hero trapped within the ring, until they slam into you dealing massive spirit damage to enemy heroes.
Water Active: Summon a large wave of water surging outwards from you in all directions, pushing all enemies away from you and being dealt massive spirit damage over a large area.

The Jackal - The Treasuer Hunter

1: Shared Contract
Select an ally. You’re both granted bonus bullet and spirit damage for a duration. You and your partner gain bonus souls from enemies who die from this damage.

2: Hidden Treasure
Passive: Periodically, a random neutral creep on the map is highlighted. Anyone who kills the neutral creep is granted bonus souls from the kill. Enemies can also see the highlighted neutral creep on the map and can get the bonus souls on kill.

3: Tomb Trap
You entomb a hero in a sarcophagus, locking them in place, unable to be damaged for the duration. The enemy or ally entombed can end the duration early by paying souls but cannot earn any new souls for the next few seconds. For enemies, there's a delay before they can pay the toll.

4: The Jackal Awakens
You transform into a jackal god, growing bigger, and gain significant resistances and bullet and spirit damage. On the initial transformation, all ally and enemy items around you are silenced, and you secure all souls around you. Any enemy that kills you while you’re in this form gains all the souls that you have collected while in the god form on top of the initial souls from your death.

1: The Horror Act
After a delay, you blink to a target location and jump scare enemies, forcing them to flee from you for a few seconds.
This ability remains on cooldown until your 2 and 3 abilities have been used. If they have already been used, the jump scare does massive spirit damage on impact instead. Then all non-ultimate ability cooldowns are reset.

2: The Tragedy Act
You start crying, forming a pool of tears around you. After a few seconds, any enemy caught in the tears is stunned and dealt spirit damage.
This ability remains on cooldown until your 1 and 3 abilities have been used. If they have already been used, the stun lasts longer. Then all non-ultimate ability cooldowns are reset.

3: The Comedy Act
You start laughing. After a delay, allies around you gain significant bullet and spirit resistance.
This ability remains on cooldown until your 1 and 2 abilities have been used. If they have already been used, then you release a healing burst in addition to the resistances. Then all non-ultimate ability cooldowns are reset.

4: The Final Act
A small stage appears beneath you, elevating you a bit. After a delay, a ring appears around you, encompassing a large area for a few seconds. All heroes caught in the ring are trapped inside and have their guns disabled, but they can still use their abilities. Cooldowns are removed for all allied hero abilities for the duration of the ring. Enemy heroes take massive spirit damage whenever they use an ability within the ring.
This ultimate can only be used if none of your other abilities are on cooldown and you can use the upgraded version of your other abilities while the ring is in place.
