The public build editor is not working.

I created a build and published it. Then I added some text to the description, published it again, and the publish button disappeared. I wanted to add something to the build and fix a typo in the text, but this button is simply no longer available to me.

The buttons are missing because of the text size; the buttons simply moved down behind the UI. I checked. Please fix this.
