Hey guys this is my cat Rupert I think he'd really fit the roster of this game. I have a concept of abilities for him.

Weapon: Rupert has a bag of hairballs he throws with intense velocity at his opponents. His reload would be him spitting out numerous hairballs into the bag.
1- Laser- A laser on Rupert's shoulder lights up on his crosshair, causing him to pounce and swing violently twice at the surface or enemy that it lands on. 1st upgrade causes the laser to do damage scaling with spirit, 2nd would cause enemies hit with the two violenmt swings to have an armour and spirit resist shred for a brief duration, and the final upgrade would cause the pounce to act as a mini stun on direct hits for the sake of interrupting channels.

2- Feline Senses- A passive that allows Rupert to resist a certain percentage of damage he takes, with an active that for 6seconds stores an increased amount and at the end of the duration, turns that into a shield of the exact damage type it was (spirit or physical). 1st upgrade would increase how much he resists passively, by a slight amount, 2nd upgrade would take the damage rupert resisted during his active, "bursting" it in a radius around him after the shields expire. The 3rd upgrade would disarm anyone hit by the burst for a brief duration.

3- Purr - An active that increases health regen by an amount scaling with his Max Health in an aura around him. 1st upgrade boosts resistances of himself and nearby allies by a flat amount. 2nd increases the effect of lifesteal in the same aura. 3rd Increases the available ammo to nearby allies as well as reloading their weapons when activated

4- Cat eyes- Rupert gains movement speed for 5s and enemies he runs past are charmed for 1-1.5 seconds causing them to follow him. Each enemy can only be charmed once. 1st upgrade Boosts the movement speed received. 2nd Enhances Rupert's resistances during the 5s. 3rd. The duration of the charm increases.

5th (secret) ability. Rupert has an interaction with every character in the game to pet him.

If I understand the second ability correctly, Rupert resists damage for 6 seconds, and a portion of that damage, or that resisted damage in whole, is stored, and at the end of the 6 seconds, Rupert gains a shield for the equal amount? I like it.

The first one, it seems like you're employing a hit-scan to acquire an attack vector, and then Rupert leaps towards the target to deliver melee strikes, or something similar (spirit-powered strikes)? I think this ability could benefit from having a stun, if not a slow, at its baseline.

The third ability is very similar to Dynamo's channeled heal, except it doesn't require any form of channeling. This ability fits with the theme of Rupert being a cat, indeed, although I want to see something other than a regeneration aura that increases in functionality as it is upgraded.

I like Cat Eyes quite a lot, and if I'm imagining something like Puss in Boots, I can imagine a sort of charismatic feline muskateer with an ability like this, and I think conceptually, it's a very sound ability.

Hey! Thanks for the input. I liked the idea of the third ability being some sort of aura that starts off as something useful in lane and then becoming more of an aura that helps in team fights. If you have any more ideas for this ability i'd be happy to hear them though.

the first one having a slow at level one seems fine to me! Good idea.

Hopefully this genuinely gets considered!
