As was requested on reddit cuz op dont have access to forums anymore with some tweaks of my tweak
an invoker-esque hero where you manage 3 key fundamental concepts of music(for simplicity sake, the OP only included the barebones about the theory of music and I don't know much about music theory either) gameplay mechanic as seen in dota 2(power tread switching) and the most important of all is the casting itself where you cast ability by combining 3 concepts of music to create new skill.
the idea is that this character has all the tools needed akin to a swiss knife and has the capacity to be both a playmaker and a spirit carry but is greedy to the detriment of your ally as this hero reward risky plays. Also CC galore.

A Fates Tale:
Not much is known of the one called Maestro. Records before his rise are fragmented—names crossed out, identities erased. If he had a life before music, it no longer exists.
Music was not only his passion. It was his purpose.
Since he was young, he chased a sound that only he could hear—a distant, perfect composition that echoed through his dreams. It promised something greater than art. Something final. A melody to end all melodies.
On the night of his twenty-seventh birthday, he finally found it.
Or rather, it found him.
What he composed that night has never been recorded. Witnesses spoke of a piece so unnaturally beautiful, it ended not with applause but a hush. When the final note was played, his heart stilled.
Yet it was not the end. It was a fulfillment.
The pact that echoed from those dreams had been sealed.
Now an instrument of an outworld entity, the Maestro walks again. His music no longer belongs to him. Each note carries something otherworldly, something that bends will, time, and motion.
He has become enthralled by his passion as was enforced the pact.
He does not question it.
Or more likely that he cannot. "Just one flash of inspiration" he begged.
And so he plays.
Not for fame. Not for art. Not even for the joy of playing a piece.
But in pursuit of that one perfect performance; that is, the one that will finally silence his thoughts.
