Unstoppable has a 65s cooldown. Usually the icon for the item would slowly fill back up to show that it is ready to be used again, but unstoppable's icon fills back up ion a couple seconds. When you try to use it you can see how long you have left, but the icon in the hud fills back up in a couple seconds.
In the picture you can see that the icon is full, leading me to believe the item is ready to use, but when you try to use it, you get the still in cooldown notifcation.
