Title. After the new patch the game stutters. Has issues holding stable 60 FPS.

do you have FSR2 enabled or similar? try setting to Stretch 100% and check if fps gets better. thinking if its FSR2 issue

While disabling FSR2 does fix the model stuttering, there's still some present on further-away models
