The game sends me to Europe servers even when I choose North America

Okay, so I'm from EU and I play on NA. Today when I wanted to play on NA even if the region was selected on NA when I matched they always put me on EU.I've tried many methods to uninstall to repost the commands in cmd but it didn't work.Pls fix this or help me somehow
