The game is getting me into high ping servers

I'm in LATAM, CS2 gets me into the Buenos Aires server which has about 30ms, TF2 gets me into the Chile and Brazil servers which also have low ping. However, Deadlock puts me into USA servers like Los Angeles and Sterling, which have about 200ms.

I tried using https://github.com/FN-FAL113/cs2-server-picker and https://github.com/mschessler/cs2-server-picker-plus which claim to work with Deadlock, I also tried some console command I don't remember a few months back but it also didn't work.

I imagine there are LATAM servers but since it's a "closed" beta there are not enough players in the region so the game makes me play in another continent. Anything I can do or should I just wait until release?

EDIT: In a stroke of genius I tried out PvP instead of vs Bots and it gets me into the Brazil server, so all good!

It's not just you in LATAM, i've noticed certain issues even in the US with queueing and the matchmaking putting me in some pretty high-ping servers (In America). For me, its very few and far between, but i think in your case, it may be just a lack of traffic? Maybe not filling servers enough? I imagine that there are LATAM servers, but i really don't know what the issue could be if it's affecting us both.

Yeah, it's probably just low traffic. I tried a PvP match for the first time and it got me into the right server. I guess not many people were playing against bots.
