The game crashes immediately after launch

The game crashes right after the shaders start loading. No error just goes to the desktop.

Tried reinstalling the game and reinstall windows. Nothing helped

Previously from this problem helped lowering the quality of graphics, but now most often do not have time to do it and if you do, it does not help.
