The dropdown box for "Change Quick Cast Mode for all hero abilities" is not working

When I change the option for the "Change Quick Cast Mode for all hero abilities" using the dropdown box, the selected option is not saved. This caused me a bit of confusion since I wasn't sure if I was actually using quick cast until I got into a game. As you can see, it should look like the dropdown box at the top of the menu for "Quickcast options for active items", which shows that I have Quick Cast selected.

Also, there is an inconsistency in the spelling of Quick Cast / Quickcast here.
