the default key is still active after rebinding

the default key is still active after rebinding
ex.
melee(q) to (mouse4)
ult(4) to (q)
however the (4) is still active

it may lead to misinput sometimes when i hit (3)

I also came across this, this will work if nothing is assigned to the default key.
"unbind" console command helps.
