The Deadlock AppID is misconfigured, allowing for upload of UGC to Steam and the name of the game to be seen

Just wanted to report this due to the fact the game is still considered private. It is possible to publicly upload a Steam guide to the Deadlock AppID and it can be seen by users who do not own the game. Example: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3306841572

The permission to create them should be blocked. Every other user generated content type has been properly disabled, but with "guides", you use it to show that you own Deadlock. After creating a guide, if you then favorite it. It will show up on the friend feed as being "A Guide for Deadlock".

It can also be viewed any user, logged in or not. It's also possible to see the name of the game on someone's profile page.

I have hidden these guides and they are not viewable anymore, but just thought the devs should know there's a slight misconfiguration on the games AppID.
