Works for anything but just to make it show the difference in testing bind the bebop ult to mouse scroll down.
If you have ability key as cancel you should be able to insta spam the bebop ult as fast as possible but that isn't the case, you have a slight window of time out 0.2s ish.
If you have a cancel key instead and set to Mousedown and now you scroll down you have almost instant spam bebop ults start up animations.
It could be to avoid double clicking but I love the ability but dislike the slight delay when compared to the cancel key.
